The events industry provides an integral service to society but fails to understand and incorporate the three pillars of sustainability. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cause of the lack of awareness and motivation from event managers to make their events more sustainable. Utilizing both dated and recent research papers to understand the gap of awareness, the data demonstrated that there is not a clear understanding of sustainability from a holistic perspective. The most notable issue was the focus on environmental sustainability and the lack of awareness of social and economic sustainability. This paper analyzes one specific event, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, Celebrate Youth Gala, and dives deeper into how the event can be made more sustainable. The findings demonstrated that event managers often are unaware of the sustainable options available to them and the costs associated with them. This paper offered recommendations for event managers and started the necessary conversation to create change within the industry.

InclusiTeach is a student-created website resource aiming to enrich diversity awareness across employee bases nationwide to ultimately create a more inclusive workplace. The application is presented to employers as a time-saver in creating their own DEI efforts with an easily distributable mode of training, while everyday consumers can reap the benefits of InclusiTeach for personal development or satisfying curiosity.

WellSuited is a customized apparel company that specializes in women’s business professional clothing. Young women have struggled to find affordable professional outfits that they can feel confident in and that will withstand more than a handful of wears before breaking down. The process of trying to find these pieces, whether that’s online or in store, is a painstaking task that takes the fun out of shopping and adds unnecessary stress that puts women at a disadvantage. Not only does this negative shopping experience impact them in the moment, but it carries into their days every time they have to get dressed and go into a career fair, an interview, or to work feeling uncomfortable, lacking in confidence and not ready to tackle the day. WellSuited is meant to bridge that gap, and encourage young women to enter the world of business feeling confident.

The purpose of this project was to create an album that utilizes unique and unconventional approaches to songwriting to avoid over-relying on the same creative process. The project includes four original songs as well as a detailed account of how each song was written. The paper describes the various sources of inspiration, the methods used for both writing and melodic composition, and finally addresses challenges in the writing process.

The Latin Sol Festival stands as a vibrant celebration of culture, music, and dance, uniting communities and fostering connections in a dynamic showcase of Latin heritage. Held annually, this festival embodies the spirit of cultural preservation and community engagement. As the festival continues to grow and evolve, it remains committed to its original mission. The aim of this creative project was to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, diversity, document its historical impact, increase Sunday participation and set a new standard for future years. These were accomplished by a diverse set of tools including marketing, rebranding, delegation, design and collaborations with local businesses.
