汽车服务/维修企业顾客保留的影响因素及干预策略研究

随着中国汽车市场销量和增长率的下滑,销售企业面临着越发激烈的竞争。企业若要在激烈的市场竞争中实现生存和发展,吸引和留住顾客最为关键。那么,哪些因素会影响顾客保留?商家采取的各种促销策略有效性如何?服务失败的各种补救措施效果如何?为此,本研究首先,盘点中金国盛公司的经营近况;其次,分析影响顾客保留的关键因素和效果;再次,探索各种促销策略对顾客保留的有效性;最后,对比分析各种服务补救的有效性。本研究设计了文献研究、问卷调查、现场实验等,和方差分析、相关分析等多种方法。发现:①顾客满意和关系质量正向影响顾客保留;②抽奖和自驾游最有效,抽奖使顾客继续寻找其它促销;③未及时修好车的负向影响最强;④社会性和情感性补救组合的效果最好。最后,对研究发现进行了总结,对应用进行了讨论。
